This is a vintage 1993 "Gone With the Wind" collector plate by The Bradford Exchange, titled "The Green Sprigged Dress". The plate is part of the "Dressing Gone With the Wind" series, which features sketches and designs of clothing worn by Vivien Leigh as Scarlett O'Hara. It was officially authorized by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the film. The plate is made of fine china and the production was strictly limited to 150 firing days. It is the third issue in the series and features an image of Scarlett O'Hara in a green sprigged dress and a large hat
