This is the "Strolling in Atlanta" collector plate from the Gone with the Wind 50th Anniversary series. <br>The plate was commissioned in 1989 by the Bradford Exchange on W.L. George fine china to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the film. <br>The artwork is by artist Howard Rogers. <br>The scene depicts characters from the movie, likely Melanie and Ashley, in Atlanta. <br>The rim of the plate features 24-karat gold accents.
