This is a vintage 1993 "Gone With the Wind" collector plate by The Bradford Exchange, titled "The Green Sprigged Dress". <br>The plate is part of the "Dressing Gone With the Wind" series, which features sketches and designs of clothing worn by Vivien Leigh as Scarlett O'Hara. <br>It was officially authorized by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the film. <br>The plate is made of fine china and the production was strictly limited to 150 firing days. <br>It is the third issue in the series and features an image of Scarlett O'Hara in a green sprigged dress and a large hat
