Bring your PlayStation 5 back to life with our professional deep cleaning service! Over time, dust and debris build up inside the console, which restricts airflow and is a very common cause of loud fan noise and overheating. Please note that while a thorough cleaning is essential for optimal performance and highly recommended, it is not a guaranteed fix for all console hardware issues.Controller Services & Upgrades:* Controller Cleaning Add-On: Add professional deep-cleaning for $15.00 per controller! (Note: We do not accept shipments of cords or controllers unless the cleaning add-on is selected).* Want to permanently eliminate stick drift? Check out our separate eBay listing for our advanced TMR Joystick Upgrade service to get high-precision anti-drift thumbsticks installed! What's Included in Your Console Service:* Complete and careful disassembly of the console.* Professional removal of dust and caked-on debris from all internal components, including the fan blades and heatsink fins.Protection and Liability:* Titan Shock Labs is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, undisclosed hardware issues, or console faults present prior to shipping or dropping off the item. How the Service Works - Mail-In & Drop-Off Options:1. For Mail-In Orders:* Purchase the service and securely package your console (and controllers, if the add-on was selected).* Ship your console to Titan Shock Labs. We highly recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking and insurance to protect your valuable item in transit.* Once the service is completed, we will carefully pack and mail the unit back to you. The flat six-dollar fee covers the insurance for the return journey, while the actual return shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.2. For Local Drop-Off & Pickup (Loveland, CO):* You are absolutely welcome to drop off and pick up your console in person to save on shipping costs! Please message us after purchasing so we can coordinate a safe and convenient pickup location.Inspection & Contamination Policy:Titan Shock Labs maintains a strict health and safety standard. Consoles or equipment arriving with evidence of pests, bed bugs, roaches, heavy biological contamination, or severe biohazards will be immediately rejected. In such cases, the service will be canceled, and the item will be shipped back unserviced at the buyer's expense. We reserve the right to refuse service and report any health safety violations to protect our workspace and equipment.
