CLEAR 90-DAY WARRANTY & REPAIR DISCLOSURESWe stand behind our micro-soldering craftsmanship and hardware quality! Here is exactly what is covered and how our warranty works: WHAT IS COVERED (100% Free Repair or Recalibration): TMR Joystick Hardware (any physical failure or defect of the installed K-Silver JS13 Pro+ TMR modules within 90 days), Soldering & Board Connections, and Stick Drift / Off-Center Drift. If the joysticks lose precision or develop drift within 90 days of return delivery, we will service or replace them free of charge. (For warranty service, the buyer covers the shipping cost to send the controller back to us, and we cover the repair and the free return shipping back to you). WHAT IS NOT COVERED: Pre-existing damage (liquid spills, broken internal flex cables, damaged shell clips, or non-joystick board failures present before mailing), accidental physical abuse (drops, cracked shells, crushed thumbsticks, or torn flex ribbons occurring after return delivery), or third-party tampering (opening or attempting self-repairs on the controller after receiving it voids the 90-day warranty).- WARRANTY RESTRICTION: The 90-day warranty is strictly valid for the original purchaser only. If the controller is resold, transferred, or gifted to a new owner, the warranty is automatically voided. PERFORMANCE & TECHNICAL UPGRADES K-Silver JS13 Pro+ TMR Magnetic Joysticks: Upgrades standard wear-prone factory potentiometers to state-of-the-art TMR electromagnetic sensors for permanent anti-drift stability and smooth axis movement. Fully Tested & Calibrated: Every controller undergoes full bench diagnostics, center calibration, and thorough input testing prior to return shipment to guarantee precision responsiveness. Full Core Functionality Preserved: Both analog stick clicks (L3/R3), D-pad, face buttons, adaptive triggers (L1/L2/R1/R2), haptic feedback, rumble motors, built-in microphone, and wireless Bluetooth pairing remain 100% functional. IMPORTANT: NO MODDED CONTROLLERS ACCEPTED We do not perform repair or upgrade services on third-party modded controllers (such as those with modified circuit boards, smart click triggers, third-party back paddles/buttons, or custom re-wired components). If you send in a heavily modified or non-stock controller, it will be returned unserviced. Standard factory stock controllers only!
