Up for sale is a vintage 1980s/1990s articulated 'HAPPY HALLOWEEN' letter banner. This retro die-cut cardstock streamer features a bold orange and black color scheme with a central Jack-O'-Lantern pumpkin accent.Condition Note (Please Read): This item is being sold As-Is for repair or crafts. The banner has separated into two pieces; the metal rivet connecting the letter 'W' to the 'E' has pulled through, leaving 'EEN' detached. There is a small rip at the connection tab, a missing rivet hole on one end, and old clear cellophane tape residue on the back from a previous repair attempt. String is still attached to one section. The colors on the front remain bright and vibrant. Perfect for someone willing to add a new eyelet or use the individual letters for a retro Halloween art project!
