Discount Wholesalers Inc (DWI)

I've purchased from them three times. Twice the merchandise was as advertised, if not a bit pricey for shelf pulls. The third shipment was supposed to be shelf pulls but it was clearly a defective lot as half the items had the same non-visible defect that could only be found by the end consumer. I had to chuck the lot.

I would have given a zero star but I'm required to put at least one. Overall customer service is terrible. Found this company via Closeout.com and I placed an order of lip balm and being the first time buyer, they wanted a bunch of paperwork from me. I kept faxing the document and after two tries, someone told me that the fax machine was not working. This took a spam of 5 days and only after I called three times. I also emailed the document but again not received. Finally, I got a call saying that they have a new fax machine and I should faxed the document again. Well, I tried again and the fax machine didn't pickup after two tries. So, I decided to cancel the order and waiting to get my refund. Later, I decided to check on this company's review at Ripoff Report and the ratings were pretty bad. I'm glad things didn't work out.

I've tried other wholesale sites, but hands down, I had never received such great product than from Discount Wholesalers! I purchased cases of makeup and they came in great! My product is literally flying off the shelves and I keep coming back to order more! Tyrone is amazing and extremely helpful. Previous wholesalers I've dealt with have been high pressure and wanting you to purchase something you are not comfortable with. Tyrone was so nice, patient and answered all my questions! I just purchased my 4th and 5th cases last night and cant wait until they get here! I highly recommend you order from them, and when you do ask for Tyrone!

I just received my first order from Discount Wholesalers, and I want to say that I am VERY pleased with them! I purchase wholesale cosmetic lots from quite a few places online for my business, and much of the time I am disappointed. Not so with these guys! The product is fresh, and the price was very reasonable. I am glad to see there are at least a few businesses left in this world that aren't just out to shaft you. Thank you, Discount Wholesalers! I will most assuredly be a repeat customer.

Discount wholesalers is an excellent source to fill detergent and household needs for my store! Ms. Stark is my sales rep and she goes out of her way to make it easy and takes the time to make sure my order is fulfilled properly! Be prepared to spend some time there and bring soda and snacks. There no vending machines. Otherwise it's a great place!
