Your first lot from any supplier, guaranteed.
Open the box on camera. If more than 20% of the units are defective, you get 100% of your money back to your card. You keep the goods.
How a claim works.
One video, one page, one person. No forms, no dispute machinery.
Record the unboxing
One continuous video: the label and the sealed box first, then every unit as it comes out. A phone on a shelf is fine.

Count the defective units, add the video and a photo of each one, say what’s wrong.

Against the video and the lot’s declared condition — not a form. Approved means the refund is on its way to your card.

A continuous unboxing video is the one piece of evidence nobody can argue with — not the supplier, not us.
It takes the words «prove it» out of the conversation and makes an approved claim a two-day matter instead of a two-week one.
And you keep the goods. Resell what’s good; the refund covers the whole order.
New, Like new, Shelf pulls — from rated suppliers.
Customer returns, salvage and mixed lots are sold as-is and protected by escrow and per-line disputes instead.
A supplier keeps the badge by keeping claims rare. If you see it at the price, it’s on your order — nothing to enroll in.
Covered, and not.
A promise is real because its edges are stated. This sits on top of buyer protection, not instead of it.

Questions first-time buyers ask.
What counts as «defective»?
A unit that doesn’t match the lot’s declared condition: stained, torn, broken, not working, or missing tags on a New-with-tags lot. Wrong colour or size within an assortment is not a defect.
Do I have to send anything back?
No. The refund is paid and the goods stay with you. Resell what’s good.
Why the video?
It is the one piece of evidence nobody can argue with. One continuous take: label and sealed box first, then every unit. Upload it anywhere with a link — YouTube (unlisted), Google Drive, Dropbox — and paste the link on your order page.
What if defects are under 20%?
Open a per-line dispute from the same order page; escrow covers the affected lines. The guarantee is for a lot that is wrong as a whole.
Card or credit?
Card. 100% of what you paid goes back to the payment method you used; banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
The first lot is the leap. We’re under it.
100% back to your card if more than 20% is defective. Keep the goods.
