Net 60 terms

Order inventory today, pay 60 days later.

A lot bought on terms is not charged until 60 days after you order — time enough to sell the goods before you have paid for them. No fee for paying with terms, and no penalty for using your whole limit.

Applying needs a free Closo account.

About net 60 terms.

01

A limit set for your business

We look at what kind of business you run, how long you have run it, where it is, and what you buy. As you order and pay, the limit can move with you — much like a card, it is not fixed at the number you start with.

02

Sell the goods before you pay for them

Terms exist so your cash can stay where it is needed — rent, payroll, the next truck — while the inventory is already on your shelves. You hold the goods; the invoice comes later.

03

No fees, no penalties, ever

Paying with terms costs nothing, and using your whole limit costs nothing. As you settle invoices, that amount returns to your available limit and you can order against it again. Pay earlier than 60 days whenever you like.

What we ask, and why.

Closo carries the risk on a lot bought with terms: if an order is not paid, that is our loss, not the liquidator’s. So the first decision is made by a person reading what you tell us about the business — there is no score to hide behind.

We ask nothing about your bank at this step. If we need more to set a limit, we will ask you to link your operating account then, and only then.

You can buy without terms at any time. Terms are a way to order more than today’s cash allows — never a condition of buying here.

You may be wondering.

Why do you need my bank account?

Not to apply — the application asks nothing about your bank. If what you have told us is not enough to set a limit, we will ask you to link your operating account so we can see how the business actually runs. That is a separate step, you will be asked for it plainly, and you can decline it and keep buying without terms.

How long does the decision take?

3–5 business days. A person reads every application, because we carry the risk on a lot bought with terms — if it is not paid, that is our loss.

Can I still order once I have used the whole limit?

Yes. Anything beyond your available limit is simply paid for the ordinary way, at checkout. Using your whole limit is not a problem and carries no penalty.

Can I pay before the 60 days are up?

Whenever you like. What you settle returns to your available limit straight away, so you can order against it again. Otherwise the invoice is charged at the end of the term.

Does using terms count against me here?

No. Pay your invoices on time and there is no penalty of any kind for using terms — that is what they are for.

What if I am declined?

You can apply again after 60 days, and nothing about buying without terms changes in the meantime. A decline is about what we can see today, and what we can see grows as you order here.

Order now. Pay in 60 days.
