Vintage Reco International Mother Goose Series Lot of 4 – Art by John McClelland This listing is for a beautiful "instant collection" of four (4) limited edition fine china collector plates from the highly sought-after Mother Goose series. These plates feature the iconic, soft-portrait style of artist John McClelland and were produced in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Included in this Lot: "Mary, Mary" (1979) – First Issue in the series. (Includes COA & Brochure) "Little Miss Muffet" (1981) – Third Issue. (Includes COA & Brochure) "Little Jack Horner" (1982) – Fourth Issue. (Includes COA & Brochure) "Jack and Jill" (1986) – Eighth Issue. (Includes COA & Brochure) Condition Notes: Estate Find: These are being sold in "as found" vintage condition. To preserve the integrity of the pieces, I have not cleaned them. Hardware: Each plate is currently fitted with a wire spring hanger for immediate wall display. Surfaces: The front artwork remains vibrant. The back foot-rims show minor shelf dust and age-related spotting typical of estate items; please see photos for details. No chips or cracks were observed upon inspection. Paperwork: Original Certificates of Authenticity and descriptive fold-out brochures are included for all four plates. Some papers show light yellowing or minor edge wear from storage. Product Specs: Diameter: Approx. 8.5 inches Bradex Numbers: Includes 84-R60-2.1, 84-R60-2.3, 84-R60-2.4, and 84-R60-2.8 Origin: Made in the U.S.A.
