I strongly advise anyone considering buying pallets from this business to think twice. My experience was extremely disappointing and felt completely dishonest.
I purchased 10 pallets expecting to receive the items that were shown and described. When I arrived to pick it up, several products I had clearly seen earlier were suddenly missing, and the pallet looked noticeably different. What made it worse is that I later saw those same types of items displayed in their retail store— items that should have been in the pallets I paid for.
Whether this is intentional or just extremely switch & bait business practice, the result is the same: customers do not receive what they paid for. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no respect for buyers who are spending real money expecting an honest transaction.
When I confronted them, they offered a credit on the next purchase. Like,what?!?!
The lack of integrity I experienced here was unacceptable. I left feeling misled, taken advantage of, and deeply frustrated. If you value fairness, accuracy, and trust in your wholesale purchases, I recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable liquidation suppliers who don’t play games with their customers’ inventory.
I will not be returning, and I hope this review helps others avoid the scam they are running.
