Extremely disappointed with their FBA prep and shipping timelines. We placed a bulk order with American Wholesale LLC expecting their promised turnaround time for Amazon prep. Not only did the prep take nearly two weeks longer than estimated, but communication during this delay was virtually nonexistent. Our account manager went completely silent when we asked for updates. By the time the shipment finally reached the Amazon fulfillment center, we had already lost our buy box due to being out of stock. For a B2B supplier, reliability is everything, and they severely missed the mark here. Would not recommend if you operate on tight inventory timelines.

Everything they do for your Walmart, Amazon and eBay stores stay away. They use nothing but their personal products to sell from American wholesalers LLC. YOUR PROFIT ON EACH ITEM WILL BE PENNIES . You will never make a profit after all the fees you pay them monthly. If you get a store account with any of them like Walmart eBay or Amazon it will get canceled within 6 months to a year and you're out of your money then you have to sue them. They will make the excuse where it takes time for your store to build up. The Walmart store they will use drop shipping from Home Depot which is illegal says it right in Walmart's rules and regulations. They will charge you a $99 a month to store products that you'll never have for your Walmart store because they dropship. Also a virtual assistant fee of $400 a month. Amazon your products will never get approved and if they do they will eventually get denied again. What everybody says in the post from here on down is exactly what will happen to you it's the same thing over and over they are scammers. They are being sued by a lot of people. I'm one of them. Just read further down you'll see what they're all about. All I can say is STAY AWAY !!!!
