Manifest Analyzer

Paste a manifest — CSV, a spreadsheet, or one item per line — and price it against what the same brands and categories actually sold for on the resale marketplaces.

Your manifest

CSV, TSV, a spreadsheet paste or plain lines · up to 500 lines · nothing is stored

How the numbers are made

1 · ReadEach line becomes brand + category (+ women / men / kids when it says). A header is read when there is one; otherwise the widest column is the item, an all-number column the quantity.
2 · MatchBrand × category × segment over the last 90 days of sold listings, then 365 days when 90 are too thin, then the category alone. A line is priced only with five or more sales behind it; the rest stay honest blanks.
3 · SumUnits × median sold price, summed; the band is the same sum at the 20th and 80th percentile. Sell-through and days to sale are unit-weighted across the priced lines.

Questions

What the tool reads, what it counts and what it leaves alone.

Where do the resale prices come from?

From sold listings across the resale marketplaces (Poshmark, eBay, Mercari and others) collected by Closo — the same corpus behind the brand pages and the liquidators' demand sheet. Each line is matched to a brand × category (× women/men/kids when the manifest says) over the last 90 days, then 365 days when 90 are too thin; a line is priced only when at least five sales stand behind it. A brand the corpus has never seen is priced at the category level and says so.

What is sell-through?

The share of pieces listed in the last twelve months that sold, marketplace-wide — per brand × category when that cell has enough sales, otherwise the brand across its categories. A manifest at 25% sell-through moves a quarter of its pieces in a year at market prices; the rest needs a lower price or more time.

What does the estimated resale value mean?

Units × the median sold price of the matching brand × category, summed over the lines that matched. The band is the same sum at the 20th and 80th percentile sold prices. It is what the pieces fetch one by one at retail resale — not a wholesale offer, and before fees, shipping and the pieces that never sell.

Which manifest formats work?

A CSV or TSV with a header (brand, description/title, category, qty, condition, MSRP in any order), a spreadsheet pasted straight from Excel or Google Sheets, or plain lines such as «12 x Nike Air Max 90». Up to 500 lines per run.

Is my manifest stored?

No. It is parsed in memory to answer the request and discarded; only counts (lines, matched share) are logged to improve the tool.
