Goode Jr., in honor and memory of David Weldon. This complete presentation set includes: Official 3’ x 5’ U.S. Capitol flown nylon flag Original Certificate of Authenticity Original signed congressional letter from Virgil H. Goode Jr. (dated September 16, 2002) Original mailing envelope Official care and display instruction sheets Original labeled mailing/storage box The flag appears to have remained stored since received and presents in excellent unused condition.
