What counts as a shirts lot?
Any top-half garment filed without a department: tees, polos, button-downs, blouses, sweatshirts and knit tops. Department lots (men's, women's, kids') stay on their own shelves even when they are mostly shirts.
Are sizes and brands mixed?
Usually across a standard size run and several labels. Manifested lots list brand and size per line; assortment lots describe the range and the share of each.
How fast do shirts resell?
