The Closo assistant
Every assistant message carries the badge Assistant · powered by Closo, and the first assistant message in a conversation introduces it in plain words. It answers from confirmed details, and a person from the team can join at any time.
The assistant does not move money. Refunds, guarantees, cancellations and changes to an order happen only through the order's own processes, and it never cancels a paid order: it passes the request to the team, and a person decides.
Talking to suppliers
Keep orders, payments, messages and disputes on Closo, where your money is held until you accept the delivery. Never pay, message or buy from a supplier outside Closo.
Supplier email addresses and phone numbers are not shared; you reach a supplier through Closo.
