Where do these numbers come from?
From sold listings on the resale market, measured by Closo. The same data prices every lot on this site. These are per-item sold prices over the last 365 days, not asking prices and not lot prices.
How do I turn a per-item price into a lot value?
Multiply the typical price by the units you expect to sell, then take off the marketplace fee and shipping. Every lot page on Closo does this for you with its own manifest and shows the days-to-sell next to the price.
What does days to sell mean?
The median number of days between listing and sale for the items in the sample. The sample only sees the last 365 days, so anything slower is reported as not sold within the year rather than as a number.
