Closo Wholesale is where liquidation suppliers sell lots and pallets to businesses that resell them. Every liquidation lot is listed with its manifest, checkout is protected by escrow, and manifested lines carry resale data.
The steps of an order
1. Pick a lot and read its manifest: brand, item, size, condition, quantity and unit MSRP, line by line.
2. Pay at checkout: by card, or by bank transfer or Net 60 terms where offered. Your payment is held by Closo, not the supplier; the supplier is not paid out while your order is on its way.
3. After delivery you have 5 business days to check every line against the manifest and raise an issue.
4. Funds release to the supplier when your 5-business-day acceptance window closes with no dispute open, unless you accept the delivery earlier. An order with an open dispute never releases.
Who you are buying from
The contract of sale for a lot is between you and the supplier. Closo provides the platform that connects buyers and suppliers, holds your payment until you accept, and settles claims from the held funds.
Wholesale lots are typically bulk, mixed or liquidation inventory sold as-is. Read the lot description and its manifest before you buy.
Buy now or bid
Catalog lots are bought outright; some liquidators sell at auction. A lot you win at auction is charged at the price it closed at and settles like any other order, with the same buyer protection.
Can I look at lots without an account?
Yes. Prices and shipping quotes are shown once you sign in, and a buyer account is free and needs no card.
Is the resale data a promise of what I will earn?
No. Resale estimates come from recent sold comps and are not a promise of what your items will sell for.
