The first-order guarantee

Your first lot from each supplier is guaranteed on eligible New, Like new and Shelf pulls lots from rated suppliers, with an unboxing video: if more than 20% of the units are defective, 100% of what you paid goes back to your card.

Updated 2 Oct 2026.

Your first lot from each supplier is guaranteed. If more than 20% of the units do not match the declared condition, 100% of what you paid, the lot, shipping and tax, goes back to the card you paid with, and you keep the goods. There is no dollar cap.

What counts as defective

A unit that does not match the lot's declared condition: stained, torn, broken, not working, or missing tags on a New-with-tags lot. Wrong colour or size within an assortment is not a defect.

How to claim

Record one continuous unboxing video: the label and the sealed box first, then every unit as it comes out. Upload it anywhere with a link, such as YouTube (unlisted), Google Drive or Dropbox, and paste the link on your order page within 5 business days of delivery.

A person reviews it against the video and the lot's declared condition within 2 business days. Approved means the refund is on its way to your card.

Which lots are covered

New, Like new and Shelf pulls lots from rated suppliers, on your first lot from each supplier. Customer returns, salvage and mixed lots are sold as-is and are protected by escrow and per-line disputes instead. From your second lot with the same supplier, the manifest, escrow and the 5-business-day window are your protection.

What if defects are under 20%?

Open a per-line dispute from the same order page; escrow covers the affected lines. The guarantee is for a lot that is wrong as a whole.

Do I have to send anything back?

No. The refund is paid and the goods stay with you.

When will I see the refund?

It goes back to the payment method you used; banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
